I spent many years building a successful career in the real estate industry, where I developed strong skills in relationship-building, landlord/tenantrelations, problem-solving, organization, and stewardship of both people and resources. In 2013 I created a business in Sydney, Australia providing global travelers attending conventions, a comfortable contemporary space. This gave me an incredible opportunity to meet people from all over the world. In 2019 I created a business oﬀering luxurious, sophisticated units to employees of large corporations in “The Pearl District" of Portland, OR. While that work was fulfilling and rewarding, my life took a meaningful turn when I became the full-time caregiver for my mother, a role I held for five years. That experience reshaped my perspective, deepened my compassion, and sense of respect for elders and those less fortunate.
